A home with character and history
Can Pep Pardal is a traditional Ibizan house with more than 150 years of history, carefully preserved to retain its original character while offering the comfort of a modern holiday home.
The house accommodates up to four guests and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite bathroom), a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Outside, private gardens, quiet corners and a saltwater swimming pool create a peaceful setting to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.
It is a home designed to slow down, disconnect and enjoy Ibiza at your own pace.
Living & Dining
The living room, or “porxo” in Catalan, is the heart of the house: a warm and spacious place where traditional Ibicencan character meets the comfort of a home. Its thick natural stone walls, built to keep the house cool in summer and cosy in the cooler months, are one of its most distinctive features.
A special mention goes to the large wooden doors that welcome you into the house. In our family, it has always been said that they were made from the same tree as the doors of the fortified church of Sant Miquel. Fact or legend? We’ll never know…
Above, the original wooden beams add warmth and authenticity, preserving the character of this centuries-old home.

The Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or cooking a long Mediterranean lunch at home.
There is something particularly special about having your own kitchen in Ibiza: visiting the local market, picking up fresh produce and enjoying a relaxed meal at home, without having to follow anyone else’s schedule.
The Bedrooms
Can Pep Pardal has two comfortable bedrooms, offering space and privacy for up to four guests. Both rooms preserve the relaxed, natural character of this traditional Ibicencan home, combining simple decoration with original architectural details and a peaceful atmosphere.
Particular attention has been given to the historic Ibicencan windows reflecting the traditional character of the house.
The exposed wooden beams and thick stone walls add warmth and texture.
For added comfort, the master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering greater privacy and convenience.
The Bathrooms
The house has two comfortable, fully equipped bathrooms, conveniently located to make your stay easy and comfortable whether you are travelling as a couple, with friends or as a family.
Both bathrooms combine a simple Mediterranean aesthetic with the traditional character of the house, creating bright, practical and welcoming spaces.
One bathroom features a shower, while the other offers a comfortable bathtub.

The Saltwater Pool & Outdoor Spaces
The garden at Can Pep Pardal is made for slow mornings, long lunches and peaceful evenings outdoors. Around the house, you will find different quiet spaces.
The saltwater swimming pool is at the heart of the garden, offering a refreshing place to cool off during warm Ibiza days, swim in the morning or simply spend a few hours enjoying the sun.
As the evening arrives, everything becomes especially magical. You can watch the sunset, enjoy a leisurely dinner under the open sky and listen to the crickets and birds in the surrounding countryside. There is no need to rush, just relax, breathe and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the island.
Surrounded by nature and the quiet sounds of the countryside, the garden is a place to disconnect, spend time together and experience the slower side of Ibiza.
